1. How long does it take to receive my order?
All products are made to order. Processing (printing & packaging) usually takes 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary by location:
USA: 3–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Worldwide: 10–20 business days
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
3. Can I return or exchange a product?
Since our products are custom-made, we only accept returns or replacements if:
The item is defective or damaged.
You received the wrong product, size, or color.
We do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
4. What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and times will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
6. Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?
Printful may ship products separately depending on the type of item and fulfillment location. This is normal, so don’t worry if your items arrive in different packages.
7. What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. If the order has already been fulfilled, we cannot guarantee a correction or refund.
8. Will the colors of my product look exactly like the photos?
We strive for accuracy, but slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and printing methods. These are normal and not considered defects.
