Refund & Return Policy

At ASHURā, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since all our products are fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner, each item is custom-made for you as soon as your order is placed. For this reason, we can only accept returns and issue refunds in specific situations:

Eligible for Returns/Refunds:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

  • Wrong Item Received: If the product received does not match your order (wrong size, color, or design).

Non-Eligible for Returns/Refunds:

  • Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.

  • Wrong Size Chosen: Please check the size guide carefully before placing an order, as we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection.

  • Color Variations: Minor color differences may occur due to screen display settings. These are not considered defects.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  • Once we verify the problem, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

⚠️ Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. In cases where a replacement is issued, shipping will be covered by us.
